Aleksandra Teska

Neuroengineering Student

Technical University Munich

My main interest consists of neuronal modelling and data analysis, with use of Machine Learning inspired techniques and particular interest in Bayesian Inference applications.

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Neuroengineering at Technical University of Munich. Previously, I worked on Brian 2 as a part of Google Summer of Code with INCF, where I develop a new Model Fitting Toolbox, to allow the user to find the best fit of the parameters for recorded traces and spike trains.

Previously a research assistant at Prof. Herz lab for Computational Neuroscience, working on data inference in single cell model. During my Master I also contributed to the ratCAVE project of Prof. Sirota lab at LMU.

Previously a Technical Student at CERN.
